Regal & Hopeful are the prompt words for this week’s RonovanWrites Haiku Challenge. I’d thought I’d have an easier time coming up with something, but it was more difficult than I thought. Oh, well. Here’s my attempt:
Regal feline waits
His stealthy crouch is hopeful
As lunch scampers by
All I Have to Say 
Good one, Tricia. I found it hard too. It was ‘hopeful’ that was difficult to fit in.
